our inaugural production

Our inaugural production, The Motherf**ker with the Hat is coming to the Chain Theater August 18 - September 2, 2023.

Why this play? Why now?

Let me paint the scene: a black box theater in the heart of New York City, a sold-out show, and an audience captivated by the raw and unapologetic exploration of addiction, love, betrayal, and forgiveness.

This is what we experienced when we first performed Motherfucker at Stella Adler in front of our classmates and teachers. After it wrapped, we didn't want the story to end there. More people needed to see this.  This play is more than just a bold title - it's a story that's raw, real, and will stick with you long after you leave the theater.

This production marks our introduction to the professional world - and we couldn't have picked a better play to showcase our talent and passion. We believe in creating work that challenges the norm and ignites conversation, and we think this play does just that.We want our audiences to see themselves in the struggles of the flawed, yet relatable characters on stage. We want to create a safe space where people can come together, connect, and leave feeling a little less alone. Plus, let's be real - who doesn't love a good "motherfucker" every now and then?

All this to say we care deeply about this project. That's why we are putting in so much effort to raise the funds to put this thing up. We appreciate you being here and contributing whatever you can. Most importantly, we hope to see you at the Chain Theater this August (we'll have an event and ticketing page up soon!)
